Love this! I am a great grandmother of 15 gkids. I live with my daughter and her 4 girls and a son. I see these complexities each day as these girls get more mature. We are building a home where appreciation and respect of self is important. Sometimes in families some of the most enriching opportunities to share with a loved one turn into something else. Like nagging, or bossing, or in anger responding negatively because of our own inadequacies get misdirected and a time for teaching , communicating on emotional level, goes out the window. I really liked your writing. Thank you. ✌ and keep writing!
