Thanks for another great article Nir. I am still working on time blocks. Your information on the difference between distraction and diversion is excellent. I work and live with my daughter and her son and 4 dgtrs. and her mate. I have been doing daycare and household management for her since she went back to school. I have learned many lessons from you in regard to my so-called organisation and plans to become a writer. I learn a lot from children too. I have recently made a big change towards writing and engaging in my arts & crafts. I was a daily drinker and have been sober for over 40 days, and of course, I say to myself I wish I done it sooner. I am now rising early each day to 'time-block' in my time, inclusive of child care, and reading, researching, or writing. Crafts and my other enjoyment, World Series at this time. I am influenced by what you have to say and i practice in the guidance you provide. I have a degree in child and youth care, and spent much time in Indigenous governance study, research, and some writing. The university is where I truly learned a lot about myself and I also compared myself to and competed with others. My first years at university were very difficult as in all my classes I was the only Indigenous student. I am now realizing how much that has impacted who I am today. Keep on keeping on Nir Eyal! Love your stuff.
